Please note that undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses being entered into the system will require you to follow up with the post office first, and may not be replaced. Damaged parcels will also require a claim to be filed before replacement and proof of damage must be submitted to us within 24 hours of delivery, so we can follow up on our end. If your label is created and your address is incorrect due to typos or failure to change or update we will not be responsible for lost packages. Please verify your address is correct before submitting your order. We will not offer exchanges for items if you purchase too many.  Please be sure you are not checking out with anything you do not wish to purchase!
